| | 2. | | Tribal by Dr. John
Customer Review:
Wynton Marsalis, on a local radio show here in San Francisco, talked about how the blues are optimistic. I kind of understood then. Dr. John's City that Care Forgot presented the sense of betrayal and disgust with how New Orleans and the Gulf Region were ripped to pieces by natural and bureaucratic... more info

| | 3. | | Georgia Warhorse by JJ Grey & Mofro
Customer Review:
Stax, Otis, Cocker, Van Morrison, Little Feat... Georgia Warhorse will empty, evert and cleanse your soul. Then it'll hand it back to you shiny and new. But unlike, say, Blackwater (so love that drumming!!!), this one had to grow on me. It also needs more Hance, harmonica, luscious... more info

| | 10. | | Kind of Blue by Miles Davis
Customer Review:
The sound of this album is just incredible! I don't know how anyone can actually believe that over 50 years ago this album was recorded. This album was produced incredibly well to say the least. Such a great line-up and easily my favorite Miles Davis era. This album was years ahead of it's time.
